Frequently asked questions

What is the BZVOX marketplace?

It is a proposed marketplace for buyers to purchase eligible, verified customer enquiries and publishers to monetize approved inbound calls and leads.

Can publishers join and start earning today?

Not yet. This is a front-end design preview; live applications, approved campaigns, call routing and payouts require backend integrations and launch approval.

How will calls be qualified?

Each campaign will define eligibility, origin, location, connection and quality rules. The design includes fraud checks, evidence and an administrative dispute process.

Will there be APIs and white-label features?

Yes, those are in the development roadmap. The live integrations, white-label tenancy and automated bidding exchange are not operational in this HTML demo.

Are the service prices final?

No. All illustrated pricing is for planning only. A buyer and publisher must agree to the final price, service geography, and qualification terms before a real campaign starts.

What information will buyers see for a call?

The proposed reporting includes tracking source, connecting status, campaign rules, quality outcome, and the agreed charge, subject to privacy and recording-consent rules.

Can a publisher challenge a rejected call?

The proposed marketplace includes a dispute process with reason codes, evidence, decision history, and payout adjustments where justified.
